In no event shall the National Appropriate Adult Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course. The National Appropriate Adult Network’s total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Course shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Course.

The National Appropriate Adult Network reserves the right to modify or revise these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of use.
7. Refunds
We are not able to offer refunds once you have enrolled in the course.
Membership of the National Appropriate Adult Network includes either a discount or full access to this course (depending on the membership tier). If you take out membership after paying for course access, we will not be able to offer a full or partial refund.
